Clare County Council lifeguard service 2023

Clare County Council’s lifeguard service will commence this weekend at Lahinch and Spanish Point.

The County Clare lifeguards schedule is as follows:

  • Weekend May 20th/21st: Lahinch and Spanish Point
  • Weekend May 27th/28th: Lahinch, Spanish Point, Fanore, Kilkee
  • June 3rd to August 31st (Full time): Lahinch, Spanish Point, Fanore, Kilkee
  • June weekends: Whitestrand Miltown, Whitestrand Doonbeg, Cappa, Mountshannon, Killaloe
  • July-August (Full time): Whitestrand Miltown, Whitestrand Doonbeg, Cappa, Mountshannon, Killaloe, Ballyalla, Bishops Quarter, Seafield
  • September weekends: Lahinch, Spanish Point, Fanore, Kilkee, Whitestrand Miltown, Whitestrand Doonbeg, Mountshannon, Killaloe.

Lifeguards are on duty from 11:00am to 7:00pm on days of operation.
